Threadworm - mostly during my period

I am so embarrased about this issue.  Basically since I have been about 13 I have had worms.  I have had treatment for this so many times.  I am in my early twenties now.  They come when I am on my period.  Does this mean they have gone into my uterus?   I mean I am very clean to the point I am OCD. I clean everything with antibacterial, wash my bedding, use a different towel everyday. i boil wash my clothes.  I use anti bac before eating.  I don't get what I can do about this? Nobody in my family seems to have this issue.

    Hi lilstar just wondering if you managed to get rid of this issue if so what did you do, my situation is very similar to yours and have had no luck getting rid of it

    Hi. Itchy bottom can be symptom of allergy. Check your IgE (Immunoglobulin E) analysis result. I thought that I have threadwroms for years, but it turned out to be allergy for feces or slime from intestines(also I have never seen any worms in my feces), also I can use toilet paper to make itch gone. Now I do exercises to strengthen the anus, so there will be less feces and slime on my bottom. Also my eosinophils analyse was ok

    ppease someone help me and guide i have been dealing with this since 13 no soctor believes ne and i also get strong grip before i start my period and i am 20 /': ans still get omthem but only and pnly during periodsp
