Tietze and Fibromyalgia affects me everyday too I'm now not currently working because half the time I am asleep and in pain. When I went to see my Rheumatologist she advised I work part time doing admin work in an office which I would like to still apply for and I can imagine your work being exhausting but what has your doctor said have they confirmed that you have Tietze Syndrome?

No one at the assessment will judge you if you only work 11 hours have you also applies for employment support allowance you can as long as you work under 16 hours. When you get to the assessment don't worry about breaking down its good to let it all out

You could ask your doctor to send you to the pain clinic at your hospital I have been there and they a and help you with the pain and how to cope with the pain are you taking medication?

PS if you are on Facebook then go to the site Tietze syndrome it's a good group to join and there are loads of people who are going thru the same

best to go to the doctor and get it diagnosed .mine started off with severe pain in chest and breast , you know if it anxiety or not if your calm and happy  relaxed and still getting chest pain then this is not anxiety go to doctors get  this ruled out.
