Tight chest for more than 4 hours since extreme panic attack

Hi all I am new to this and I'm in need of some guidance.

im dealing with quite a lot, today I feel like everything has hit me at once. My anxiety has been very bad for quite awhile. I stress sweat regularly and I experience nausea and sleep paralysis. Today was one of my worst episodes. I've had a tight chest ever since this is something new I am quite worried. Advice welcome I'm a 24 yo female

    How about considering the fact I've known anxiety for over 45 years, thats alot of experience, don't you agree?

    All of these symptoms will not harm you, but they will make you feel bad. The best advice I can give you is to decide you've had enough of this false representatiion of fear that is fed by more fear which is the same thing as almost getting hit by a car that has just past you, you just have a habit of a never ending loop of that car coming at you.

    My experience has helped me understand it's better to do thousands of different things than to worry about one thing thats turned out to be nothing to really worry about, that is if you really want to give it up. You do, don't you?
