I would be very surprised if this is the result of anything your girlfriend may or may not have done.

As suggested, they do have the appearance of Pearly Penile Papules, but they are in the wrong location for that.

If they are on the underside of the penis they could potentially be Parafrenular Glands - if they are on the top side of the penis simply the way the skin has grown and potentially the result of considerable pressure being applied to the penis - such if you have regular rough or extended sex sessions, or perhaps use a harness of some sort on your penis.

If you update after the Doctor has checked this that would be good ......

The bumps you are talking about in the lower photograph are naturally present on the penis, most of the time they are unnoticeable, it is when they become irritated that they become noticeable.

Causes of the irritation are chemical based items that the penis is in regular contact with, these can be: soap, shower gel, other body cleansers, skin cream, baby oil, lubes used for masturbation or sex.

Safest thing is to go back to basics, water is the only thing that should touch the head and foreskin (I take it your are uncircumcised) area of your penis if you want the bumps to become unnoticeable again. Make sure you completely dry the penis with a clean dry towel.

I am circumsized I almost feel as if one of the bumps are getting bigger though. I only use soap on the shaft and hot water on the head. no pain or itching any cream or something you would recommend to put on the bump? image

Hot water and the sensitive skin of the head area of the penis is not recommended, warm would be better.

On the bumps try liquid antiseptic for 3 or 4 days, apply a small dab directly on the the bump itself 3 or 4 times a day. If there is a simple cause, it should start to fade after 3 days or so ....
