Tip of the penis (meatus) is red and swollen like lips, what is the problem?

I am 29 years old, the tip of my penis (meatus) is red and swollen like lips (check the attached photos please), it has been like this since many years, sometimes the redness/swelling is little more other times is little less, I have never had sex before. There is no pain neither burning sensations, there is no blood when I urinate or ejaculate or even any type of strange discharges, everything feels just normal, it is a bit sensitive to touch yet, including the glans itself and sometimes it has an unpleasent smell.

I am uncircumcised and I cannot retract my foreskin all the way back, Lately I've started stretching the foreskin and I am seeing some results by exposing more of the glans. I haven't been cleaning underneath the foreskin before, just lately I've started washing it with water everyday. I have been masturbating since 10+ years almost everyday, and lately I have reduced it to around twice per week.

I would like to know if there is a problem with the tip of my penis opening being red and swollen? Do you think there is any serious problem with it? Is it normal that it smells unpleasant sometimes? any suggestions to reduce the swelling/redness and also reduce the sensitivity?

Sorry for the long description. Appreciate your kind advises and help.

    is this some kind of terminal disease that mankind is not advance enough to cure!? why noone post any updates. did everyone die? i have seen 10+ people with same thing and none of them have updates.

    ANYWAY,

    i have the same thing, have had it for about 2 weeks now. Now, that i have seen people mention having it for 3 years, i am devastated. i am 19 yrs old. i have exact same swollen meatus. It seems to be normal looking when in the morning, but after i pee it starts to swell like lips. For about 10 days i didnt have any noticeable pain, but now i have a localized dull pain on the left portion of my glans. Also after i pee i seem to feel like there is pee still stuck in the swollen part of the glans, so i seem to constantly try to get that residual pee out (((even though i dont know if its pee or just the swelling causing me to feel that way))). And also as far as i can remember i have had occasional jolt of localized pain ((( kinda like the random pain you have on you chest for no reason))) on the exact left part of the glans. but it was occasional (sometime couple times a month, sometimes once few month) so never worried about it. idk if it has anything to do with this current situation. And also i dont feel any pain during peeing as of now, nor when masturbating. Never had sex, and a small detail the glans kinda feel numb now. I masturbated like an hour ago after i masturbated it kinda felt like i lost muscle control on my penis as i couldn't get last bit of semen out.

    Anyway, i will keep updating this post in few days interval for anyone reading this in the future. I just hope its not cancer and stuff.

    5 days after my initial reply,

    no major development, its just as swollen as before. The pain has gone down a bit. Other than that there is nothing to say.

    The reddish swellings at the meatus look like meatal lips which are normal and common in uncircumcised men.

    12 days after my initial post,

    still no major change swollen as ever. but few days ago i noticed that the under side of the foreskin where glans and foreskin connect is kinda swollen/has small bump. it is kinda irritating.

    my next reply will be when i have any major change either it heals or gets worse, so until then i wont make any updates. if you are reading this in a month or two and there are no replies after this, you can assume that the condition hasnt changed at all.

    i dont know if this is major or not but my foreskin is itchy and hurt when i try to retract it, but its only itchy on one side (right) of the foreskin. i cant tell if this has any connection with my initial condition. but right where it itchs/hurts there is a vein and it seems to be swollen. also cant tell if the vein coincidentally happens to be there or, if its the vein thats causing problem.

    few month later, i can feel a mild pain on the right inside part of my glans. it is noticeable when doing nothing, but kinda fades out when i am doing something. swelling has gone away almost completely
