And things I should ,  Any advise welcome

Regular exercise to restore your knee mobility and strength and gradual return to everyday activities are important for your full recovery. It is a good idea to start swimming. But at least for 2 months follow your doctor, he/she may recommend riding a stationary bicycle to help maintain muscle tone and keep your knee flexible. Other include knee raising, knee straightening, knee bending.

Swimming is an excellent low-impact activity after a total knee replacement; you can begin soon as the sutures have been removed and the wound is healed. Lower impact fitness activities such as golfing, bicycling and light tennis will help increase the longevity of your knee and are preferable over high-impact activities such as jogging, racquetball and skiing. Good luck!!!

Thank you, I am following all my physio's exercises , including stepping up and down one step .slide bending and straightening . Lifting and holding leg, leaning back against wall and sliding down and back up etc. I have trouble with this one because my non operated yet knee hurts , but I am doing well, I feel.  The knee still stiffens up when bent or straight for long periods ., I expect this will happen for a while
