Totally off-balance in menopause

Anyone feel totally off-balance walking? Like you're going to fall down but never fall.

A little like a 'drunk sailor'?

I'm sure it's hormone fluctuations....but what do you do for relief?

Yes I get this quite alot. I've been feeling especially dizzy in the last few days. I think having a chest infection hasnt helped. I take vitamin B12, vitamin E, zinc, Vit.C iron supplements, folic acid, magnesium, and omega fish oil tablets - just trying to cover all possibilities!!

Yeah, I had this problem about 40-45 years old. I felt like I was dizzy, like I was falling, usually towards my left. When I sat at my desk at work I felt like I was falling off my chair. It was my ears!  ENT did a bunch of tests, diphenhydramine and another med an my dizziness was soon gone. Or, yours could be something different. I just remember it feeling really odd. question
