Trapped nerve in hip

Can anyone advise me what to do with a trapped nerve?

I have quite an intense pain when I walk sometimes and it 'catches'. I literally can't walk when it happens, has anyone successfully been able to fix this? And if so how? My phsyio has been moving it etc, but she has made it worse 😦((((((( much worse.

Would love some advice please

Doodle I am sorry to hear you have had problems at home. Have you been doing the exercises? Seeing a physio is an absolute must if you are to recover properly in my experience.

I am trying to make the time to look after myself. I find that the minute you seem a tiny bit better the world expects you to be fully recovered and back on the road of life, and we are certainly not fully recovered just yet. It can be very tiring and demanding at this stage.

I hope your physio can help relieve some of the strain and you will be more comfortable soon.

well i shall go this morning and see what he says .

      onwards and upwards
