TRENDELENBURG GAIT after THR.

​Six months post-op left THR, still finding it very difficult to walk without a stick. Never needed one before op. Have been told by my consultant to get rid of the stick and keep on with the excercise sheet from the physio. So now, i waddle like a duck, no pain, and he says should be fine in a further six months. Anyone else out there in the same boat or now fully recovered. Thanks. Ray.

    Just exercise is the only every doctor will say u the same story. I had Left THR i was not able to walk without crutches now still there is weakness in my leg. Only cycling can help you As much as exercise you will do. As soon recovery you will get

      Nerve which support hip need to be strong with exercise it is possible
