nice to chat with another bloke here!
Yes, sounds good and fun.....Renee and Hailea would add to you as well as me to get plenty of rest too, and I think us blokes probably go for it abit too much!
I used slip-on shoes for a bit, which was fine at the gym/pool cos you dont need sox there after your shower. you might get some help from a physio about sox off and on,tho, cos while you are exercising excellent, maybe you need a bit more pilates or bending working out , cos sox both off and on at 6 weeks is the 'norm' or so i was told by the physio at pre op.
Thats a weak area for me, still at 10 months not quite sitting on my haunches or crouching or squatting well, but I think rocketman say it takes afull year to heal.
have a good day...
Cheers

I couldn't bend at the waste b4 my hip problem so don't stand a chance putting socks on any time soon. I use my sock putter onner which is so useful . I'm planning to get back playing golf at the end of March which will then be 5mpo.

It's actually molybdenum cobalt chromium man for us. Doesn't really have the same ring to it though😊

Apparently 70% by weight of human bone is a form of hydroxylapatite which is a form of calcium.
