Does anyone think caffeine, alcohol or humid weather affects their symptoms or makes them worse?

I haven't had any caffeine since the beginning of January and I haven't had alcohol for 3 or 4 years. I just never developed a taste for it. So I don't have an opinion on those. Weather plays a big part for me. Big temperature drops make my ears worse and rain seems to make them worse.
