Uncertain diagnosis. Purple corona, red, shiny rash – growing

Hi there,

I've been having a very strange rush on my penis glans for about 15 months now. Having used Daktacort cream for two weeks, prescribed by my doctor in 2018, there appeared a small white patch on my penis glans, close to the urethra; it did not bother me at all but looked disturbing. Months passed and shiny, barely noticeable spots started to appear: first close to the urethra, then on the sides, very sticky, making it's hard to pull the foreskin back down; also the corona became purplish and the penis smelled badly. When blood flew to the penis, these spots soaked with blood becoming visibly more red than the glans.

Thus I visited a number of doctors including urologists, dermatologists, dermo-venerologists, etc. The funny thing is: one of them said it was an STD (turned out I had trichomoniasis, he treated it but nothing changed), another claimed it was lichen sclerosis, another – Bowen's disease. The recent doctor suggested I had a post-corticosteroid atrophy. But how can it be one knowing that I haven't used any of those creams longer than two weeks and why symptoms appeared long after I stopped using them? There also were some amateurs who brushed my problem aside, claiming that it wasn't serious but simple candida rash. No surprise, their treatment was of no use whatsoever.

The last time I visited a specialist, in late February, he found* Enterococcus faecalis* comfortably living in my urethra. He made a conclusion that all my problems were most likely caused by this bacteria. Having received his advice, I used antibiotics hoping that the spots would vanish the next morning. Well, time passed, nothing changed. Now, he's suggesting that I might consider having a circumcision which is likely to alleviate my condition. Interestingly, he's been very reluctant to perform a biopsy on me, claiming that it must be dome as the method of last resort due to some damage or whatever to the tissue.

It's no surprise that I'm really concerned about this issue. My sexual life is a real challenge at this stage and, because of immense stress, I've already got problems with erection (I'm 23 years old). That is to say, I didn't have a morning erection for about a year now and it's not clear whether there's a physical or mental problem. I neither smoke (gave up a month ago) nor drink and do a lot of physical exercise. Still, it doesn't seem to make any difference.

I would really appreciate if you share your stories, perhaps you have any advice on this.

Heyyy there, I have this same kind of problem from Dec 2019, I posted on this site, someone helped me with it, as I was also using anti fungal creams, which have no effect instead they will make things worse, I suggest you should visit my post too, and do what I had done maybe it will benefit you too. Also I've pictures attached so you can see how I recovered. STOP THE USE OF ANY CREAMS WHATSOEVER YOU ARE USING. just maintain a good hygiene and wash you penis everytime change underwear regularly. Still you should keep in mind that the healing process will take you long.

My suggestion would be you need to see a Dermatologist that specialises on Genital Health Conditions / Genital Skin problems - do an internet search for a one in the area in which you live ....
