Under skin lump on penis shaft, does anybody have any clue what it might be? (Pictures included)

i have the same thing but its smaller and red, i have 2, the first one was a little big and went smaller and looks like it has gone but can still feel it then another one appeared 3/4 weeks later which is today (i still have them now) and then the second one is a little big and it quite red. shall i leave them and just wait till they go, im not sexually active but do masturbate quite hard

I do masterbated rough and even for long hours. could that be Penil Mondor's Disease in my case.

A few days ago, I noticed I had a similar thing, but multiple sacs of cysts (I guess that's what they looked like on the raphe, not on the penis, but on the skin. So if I push my skin back, nothing on the penis. I searched everywhere on the net and found something called median raphe cyst. It looks exactly like that. Also just at the bottom of the raphe, if I squeeze the top sac, a puss like discharge comes out. So I assume it's a cyst, but it's more clear than puss.

Went to the doctor, said could be twisted blood vessels or cysts. Got an ultrasound done, but they couldn't really see anything. Could be either or. Waiting on results.

But if puss like liquid is coming out, most likely a cyst. But have multiple all in the line of the raphe. Bottom one is harder.

Worried about it, not sure what to do.

it happened to me this week, i felt nervous af. After doing a research i decided to stop masturbating till the lump is gone. Today is day 4 and fortunately the lump is gone. Not gonna masturbate for at least 3 more days just to make sure that it wont happen again. I hope it disappears for good!

I have what appears to be a boil under the shaft of my penis. I had been having this lump there for years. I had no pain with it, until I tried to squeeze it. I regret that the decision. The next day after I woke up to find it swollen and red. It was giving me a lot of pain so, I squeezed it, all kinds of thick, white, hard pus came out of it. I started putting antibiotic cream on it that has a pain reliever in it. I have waited an additional day and it's still large and painful. I am kind of embarrased to go to the Dr. right now. Does anyone think if I leave it alone and keep applying the antibiotic cream that it could go away? I have never had a boil under my penis before
