One for the ladies out there..... What underwear did you find the most comfortable as not to rub on the wound after surgery?

Larger than normal shorties.... I went up 2 sizes and it worked for me.  so comfy and no pressure on the scars at all...

I'm either going rogue or a very light silky panty. I tried cotton yesterday andvit was too tight. Once swelling goes down maybe. Id say silk if you can afford it

I wound up going into the men's section & buying their underwear that are very long in the leg which covered up the incision pretty good. you have to kind of look to make sure where all the seams are. there are some that have a lot of seams especially on the sides which can rub against the incisions. but if you look you can find some that don't have those seams. They really work really well when you're wearing pants 👖 or shorts especially the blue jean material. 🤓🤓

Undie problem seemed to not annoy me . There are pad available that can be added to pants. See Amazon.

Sloggis maxis worked great for me. No cutting in, no nasty seams, and a good fit without being tight. And my everyday choice anyway!

    Underwear for anyone ..... loose.

For guys, loose boxers are my recommendation.

M&S did a satin finish seamless one (April 16) go a size or 2 up, they are of the 'big knick' style you know the ones that come up just under your bra cheesygrin but they were great for me and so blumin comfy.
