I didn't wear any until staples were taken out - makes it easier to pee. Now, bikini cut almost clear the scar, and where they do meet, it doesn't bother me at all.

I didn't wear any for several weeks then have been enjoying boy shorts a size too big.

I cut mine part way up the seam, I'm almost 7 weeks post op and still wearing them like that, bespoke knickers ;-) needs must when everything irritates.
