Upper middle back pain...

I see alot on here where many experience lower back pain, just curious to know if anyone ever gets tightness and burning in the middle upper back. And from time to time like a cramp feeling on my side area like maybe where my ribs are. Its not only annoying but it sends me into panic mode!!!!

Oh my goodness thank you for this post.

Sunday night I started with severe muscle spasm in my back right in the middle where bra would fasten. I cried and cried the pain was immense. It still twinges 3 days on and my anxiety is through the roof. I've taken Naproxen and so far it's helping.

im 47 and I never thought for one minute it could be menopause related!

    much love ladies ❤️

I know this is an old post but I saw your reply is recent. I am experiencing upper back pain, often in the middle also. I also get pain in my sides and ribs. My anxiety is literally through the roof 😭
