Vaginal Cuts

I haven't had sex with anyone but my boyfriend for the last 7 months but for the last few months I've been getting these weird cuts every so often. Idk if it's because I wipe too hard sometimes, or if it's because I used to get waxed. I can't tell if it happens after rough sex, maybe it could be irritation from the type of panties or pads that I wear?? There are so many different things this could be. I'm hoping it's not an STD because that would mean by boyfriend cheated on me.. I was tested before and during him and came back negative on everything. What does this look like to you guys?image
