Vagisan cream v peseries

What is better vagifem cream or pesseries would appreciate some advice. I have heard the cream is messy I have suffered with what I thought was a urine infection for weeks but it was clear . Now figured out it's vaginal astophy. Got burning. Pressure. Feeling like a full bladder and very dry. Tried replens but not doing much. I have heard the more sex you have the more oestrogen your body will produce not sure on that one

    Have just started using organic coconut oil it has made a huge difference to the outside of my vagina. It stops me from being dry and feeling like I need to pre all the time. I have decided to ask the Dr for oestrogen tablets for the inside

      I love coconut oil I use it outside and inside every time I go to the toilet. It has anti inflammatory, anti viral, anti bacterial nd anti fungal properties, with are plus points.

      No particular make. It just needs to be cold pressed, raw, organic, virgin coconut oil.

      Yea I use just raw organic cold pressed . Any supermarket. It's made such a difference I have not used it inside yet bit scared. Not sure how . But I love it
