Venlafaxine - Good and then bad day - Please help

Hi, my dose was increased 6 days ago to 150mg.  Up until today things were improving, my appetite was back, I had more energy and felt an awful lot better but today it's gone backwards again, I don't understand why this would happen.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

    That is what happened to me. I felt better then I hit an all-time low. I am now on 225mg.

      Same here.  Did your psychiatrist offer any reason why it only lasted a week?  Was it when you increased from 75mg to 150mg?
