Vertigo. left with constant dizziness

Hi everyone. I was stricken with really bad vertigo 3 weeks ago. I had to be hospitalized as well. since then, I've been left with the standard dizzines. constantly for three weeks now. Like i'm off balance. But not full vertigo. the room is no longer spinning, but the dizziness won't go away. 

epley manuvers are not wotking as well as others that i've tried. It seem that these maneuvers are for vertigo, and not the dizziness aftermath.

I have an appointment with an ENT soon. But I want to get some opinions. when with this go away? I can't drive and going on 3 weeks. 

I'd appreciate anyone's response. thanks!
