Went to vestibular therapy today. He said my right eye doesn't focus very well. And it's all connected ears eyes ect. So I have to keep up the excersizes his given me. He has high hopes that I'm gonna get better and I'm gonna keep positive. Good luck to those who thinking about doing vestibular therapy x

I believe what helped me most was a low sodium diet to help rid the body of excess fluid retention. This should help the reduction of fluid on the inner ear for vestibular neuritis.

You know what I had two glasses of red wine last night and it cleared the heavy head completely, not saying I'm going to drink every night now but it was a nice change to feel almost normal.
Sitting in the sun now, can;t do any harm.

Had a lot going on and Iv been using Facebook forums for vestibular ect
Iv now been put on pizotifen and only been 4 days I feel terrible!!
Swaying passing out feeling & tiredness.
I went shops today and everything was swaying and had hold onto the side of the
Counter. Could it be possible that Iv had a reaction to this medication?
I'm still doing my vestibular aswell now & again but some days I can't do it ( since this meds as I feel terrible )
Hope you're all well.
