Vitamin D

Please help me!! Does taking vitamin D help you? I’ve been feeling so tired, depressed, and just out of it. Please help. I did get my levels tested and they are very low. Help me?!

    Yes, possibly Lauryn.

    You can get special lamps that mimic sunlight, you place them at the bedside and they wake you up  and help the mood. You can get them at chemists, sometimes Aldi or Lidl, they cost about twenty to thirty pounds each.

    These lamps may help, you could also try and go for a walk if the sun shines in the winter as well as the summer. that can also help your mood and even it is still winter bright sunshine will help. Your problem is real and you can help yourself with some simple tools. You may get these lamps in electrical shops as well

    If you wish to take a Vit D medication I would advise you discuss taking them with your GP. Sometimes it can be advisable to discuss this medication at Surgery

    Soon it will be Spring, Having a dog will get you out and about, Our Pax is a real vit D factory especially on the beach or woods

    If they are low then you need to supplement, not sure if it will help your anxiety or not. My vitamin D levels are normal and I still have horrible anxiety but we are all different. Good Luck!!!
