No ma’am not exactly my GI dr put me on a medication to help me. He said that it could be from stress or the gallbladder but with me not having a gallbladder it ruled that out and I have had lots of test done it could also be the stomach muscles causing it but we have not pin pointed it to exactly what it could be.  The new meds are working wonders thanks for asking hope y’all find the answers you are looking for I was getting very stressed at just not be able to keep anything down and it has been 2 weeks on this medicine and I have only had one episode so far 👌

If you don't mind me asking what medication did your doctor prescribe you that actually help?

Hi, have you tried Ondansetron? That used to work for me to an extent. I was also prescribed dexamethasone which reduced my vomiting significantly although it was a temporary solution and encompasses many side effects. I still have vomiting episodes to this day, although less frequently, but perhaps you might be able to benefit from these medications.

I have had the same problem for years and it sucks!! I'm currently admitted into the hospital now. It took me years just to even get the half ass diagnose now. I got my bladder gall bladder out in 03. They recently found I have Pancreatitis and it's a life long issue, and lupus. Pancreatitis will cause you to vomit pretty much as soon as anything goes down the pie hole. You will basically throw up your whole meal in soilds. If you have gotten your gall bladder removed, Pancreatitis usually follows. (I wasn't told that in 03 when I had my gall bladder removed) a untreated pancreatitis flare up, will cause the issues everyone is describing. Yes there is always the possibility it is something else, but if your like me and suffered for years, push them to check your Pancreas .

Hi my daughter has been suffering with the same things. She has lost over told in the past 5 and a half months. We discovered she has gastroparalis and GERD. The GERD is a sideffect. She can't take the swallow test bc nothing stays down. We have an appointment with a specialist in early April. Please look into this. It may help. I will keep updates coming so all will know how things are going. None of you are alone. I will keep all of you in my prayers as well!!!!

Hi there, sorry for bothering. For last few days I've been having gizzard pain and chest pain, insane headaches, I even cry whenever my gizzard starts to hurt. I started throwing up yesterday, I threw up three times and it was after every meal. I went out to cafe last night with my friends and drank one glass of Somersby and pain suddenly disappeared. I couldn't sleep last few days and I kept waking up at night, I can't breathe properly and I'm sweating so much. But last night somehow drink helped, I got 5-6 hours of sleep and headache and gizzard woke me up again. Anyways, I got allergic on plants (trees, flowers, grass) two years ago and I never had these symptoms. Also, since 2007. I have temperature every single day 37.2 which causes headaches. So basically every single day I have temperature and headaches, and since spring is here and summer is coming, I'm having my allergic reactions. I don't know what to do, doctors didn't find out why I have temperature for over 10 years nor they'll find out what causes my stomach pain and throwing up after every meal. Usually they give us prescription for Linex Forte (it helps with stomach pain and throwing up etc etc). I'll buy it today, I didn't go to doc because I may still have a little alcohol in my blood sistem from that one glass from last night. I never drink, only one glass in a month. My parents say that I ate something bad so that's why I'm throwing up. But also during the summer last year, whenever I ate watermelon, I threw up. Later I found on the internet that you can get allergic on red food (red fruits and vegetables) til you're 30 years old. And I remember eating tomato two days ago and maybe that's why I'm throwing up. I'm desperate and I'm crying and I can't function like that. I'm afraid to drink one glass of water because I might throw up. As a kid I did ct scanning. There wasn't anything wrong with my head, but that was long time ago. I don't know what to do. I lost my appetite and will for a living.

Hey liv I was wondering did they ever figure it out? in a couple months I am heading into 9th grade and for the past I guess week and a half this has been happening. I can barely keep anything down and the only thing I can is water. What makes it worse is because I can't keep it down, when I get up my vision goes black and I almost collapse. I've read yours and a few others saying they have gone to the doctors and the drs couldn't figure anything out and I was wondering if I should. So I was just wondering if I should get it checked out, if anyone sees this that they know about, can you please reply to this.

My sister was experiencing this - she couldnt keep anything down without vomiting. Doctors got down to the bottom of it to her stomach muscles collapsing. They injected botox into her stomach to strengthen the stomach walls - it worked for a little while then stopped. Shes now been given a feeding peg and is nil by mouth - might be worth getting your stomach muscles testest?
