Waiting for treatment

Hi just joined this forum as my frozen shoulder is really getting

me down. How long has anyone else waited for Treatment?

Had pain since end of June, hospital involved end of August and only had physio last week and ultrasound but was told I need MRI.Hospital is sooo slow, my pain has been unbearable but now I feel like I'm really freezing and worried I'm gonna be too late to get an injection?

Well after my recent cortisone injection I am feeling some relief

and I don't have 24 hour pain and even had 3 nights decent

sleep on the trot. I know the injection is hit and miss but deffo

think it's helped me. Arm still totally stiff and got no rotation

etc but the helping with the pain is a massive relief for me.

Got a follow up injection on 3rd January so hoping this helps

Even more. It's given me so hope and bit of my life back. I

honestly wouldn't wish this condition on anyone. Think the

worst thing is people get fed up of me talking about the

agony and pain all the time but until you've had it you really

    don't understand.

I was told only 2 injections. Been disappointed as the relief from

the first injection is wearing off as been in considerable

pain last couple of days. Seeing shoulder specialist again

tomorrow and hopefully have another injection. Getting

bit worried as have pain in my other arm so praying I don't

have FS coming in that one too.
