Makes a difference to me! In the summer I can't cook, or rarely but I've been cooking again for several weeks since the temperature's dropped. I'm absolutely wiped out in the heat!

Like Georgia, I find the hot weather more difficult to cope with than winter and I think it's fairly common amongst sufferers that the systems that control body temperature is yet another that is damaged.
Many people with ME/CFS find that they are shivering or sweating when others without the condition are quite happy, weird really but a well documented phenomenom .

I think that in the hot weather the higher humidity affects us too. I have a large dehumidifier and running it in my bedroom definitly makes me feel better.
Lower humdity's better for my laptop too. They always used to get frequent problems before I got a dehumidifier.

Interesting about your laptop, I've never encountered that before but of course professional main-frame computers are kept in air-conditioned environments, so it makes sense...

Yes, they're bound not to like water and I rarely get problems now with the lower humidity. The dehumidifier keeps the humidity around 50, which is perfect for humans and computers so that's handy!

At least you know you can do it. I've heard of people doing gentle walking and doing a bit more gradually but I think they're probably ready for it. We have to listen to our bodies don't we.

Ouch! Post excercise malaise rearing its nasty head. You'll have to take it easy for a while as you know.
Something that helps me to breath better and to feel a bit clearer in the head is that I have a large dehumidifier in my bedroom. With less water in the atmosphere there's more oxygen to breath in.

No dehumifiers take moisture out of the air. High humidity is unhealthy for us. I'll message you.
