Weather change

Interested to know wether the different seasons can make a difference to cts/post viral fatigue /me as yesterday afternoon it was very cold here but I seemed to be able to do a bit more in the way of walking than I have previously as for the most part when was warmer days I couldn't really leave the house

    I feel better too, and did wonder if it was the weather.  To be honest it could literally be ANYTHING though! smile

      Yes it could be anything tho really lol but I'm taking advantage of this little bit better feeling so glad I've got a little bit more energy hoping that the weather stays like this if it is the weather change

      It's very established that the weather affects us Katy. Other things do have an impact of course but the hypothalamus is in control of homeostasis, or temperature regulation, and we do seem to have a lof of problems with our glands and hormones.

    I'm definitely adversely affected by the heat, including hot water in showers. I've passed out twice in the shower when the water was too hot.
