Karen anxiety is worst part one we have anxiety we always think about all the symptoms and use google to check which I did as well and got scared I had to go for heart angiogram and everything was normal.

And tried to stay positive I know it's hard but at least you can try and when you think a lot about symptoms you always get scared try to make yourself busy even go on Internet talk to friend and family call them have just normal talk distract yourself.

And hopefully on Wednesday everything will be cleared finger crossed. Say a prayer I will say a prayer for you as well and keep us posted.

How bad is your panic and anxiety? What were you on before citalopram? I'm titrating from Paxil to Prozac and it's hard.

Hi Tonia, I had my first ever Panic attack 5 weeks ago never had any trouble before with anything or anxiety and then after Panic attack few weeks i was very bad panic/anxiety was on the roof and my DR suggest i should start citalopram and stay on them for few months i am on 10mg at the moment 25 days now.

I never took antidpresent in my life before i took sleeping pills here and there some times.

Hope your hard time will pass soon. sad

Thank you, I do too. A year being homebound and anxiety every single day is no fun. I've lost weight from being nauseous.

Anxiety disorders are hereditary in my family. I've had OCD since I was 21. My body is withdrawing from Paxil and it's causing horrible anxiety. I've been on it so long, 15 years.

Tonia it will take some time but you need to be strong and face it I know it's very hard but you have to. And I'm sure we are here to help each other and share our thoughts and experiences.
