I'm 27 years old single male uncircumcised had potential exposure am not sure if the condom broke while I had sex with CSW - vaginal and oral both protected.
I never had any fungus/candida/balanitis infection ever in my life. I am right now at Week-6 after this event and this fungus or whatever I got it in Week-3 and I remember when I pulled my foreskin back it was smelling and there was while layer. Very next day when I visited Doc he suggested to wack the cream called CLOTRIMAZOLE but NO IMPROVEMENT can be seen.
Please advise guys I am freaking out if this is an ARS symptom.
Current sympton: This thing on penis and yellow urine from the day I had sex with CSW.
I am feeling guilty each and every day - what a shame.. I would appreciate if someone can take a look and share their thoughts. your support and advise is immensely helpful.
BTW, am scaring to death inorder to get myself tested, I know if I take ELISA 4th Gen Test it will be a conclusive result now as per WHO but I am just scared...
Thank you everyone, much appreciated your help and support.

I had all the same conditions as the rest of you. I was freaking out. I tried everything. Clotrimozole creams, tea tree oil. Antibiotics , probiotics. After having a Dr. confirm that I didn't have any STD or STI I tried A&D ointment. The stuff you put on tattoos. And diaper rash. And it worked! At ease boys its a diaper rash. Either from lack of lube or the condom or dry masturbation. Or simply your partner got dry. But my rash is almost completely gone and it doesn't flare up from sex or hot showers any more. A&D ointment worked!

I feel like this is crazy.. so many of us suffering from the same thing but the doctors say something is wrong with us. 15months ago i was at a work function and a CSW performed oral sex on me for around 5 seconds. once i came to it i pushed her off and went to the bathroom to wash my self. Thats when my life turned.
A week later I stated seeing and feeling symptoms. I have had balanitis which I never suffered from before. Random sharp pains at the tip of my urethra. Burning at the tip of my urethra after urinating. The skin on my penis head isn’t smooth at all, it’s all lumpy. When I retract my foreskin, the foreskin sticks to my glands and the glands are very sticky. I have been to at least 10 different doctors (urologist, dermatologists and GP) and never been diagnosed with anything conclusive. Been prescribed a list of antibiotics and creams, none have worked. I’m getting very tiered of this. What makes it hard is that I’m married. My wife knows everything but I’m not the same as I use to be.
I’m starting to think it’s stress and anxiety that’s doing this to me but the physical symptoms are there.
has anyone here been sorterd out?

Look, I don't know all your details or clinical history, I'm a healthcare professional and I have had some variant of that for a year now. I have been to the best professionals, did all the AB therapeutics and also tested negative for any infection. Even after that, and a year later I was deeply afected in some periods and always worried and anxious.
What I can tell you, by experience and research, is that what most of you have is the same thing, as I have/had, a somatic manifestation of anxiety and hypervigilance. There is no wicked, undetectable infection, if it tested negative, it's negative.
Your subconscious is capable of manifesting physically in several ways, and that is one of them, for instance, excess production of smegma, that leads to irritation of the skin, maybe some marks and irregularities, or even small allergic reactions. Plus, even if you are generally healthy but keep looking for signs of an infection in your body, and comparing them to what you found on the internet, you will eventually find something similar and further convince yourself that you are infected, and from there it will only get worse. If a pimple or a small mark appears on your back or belly you will probably think nothing of it, or not even notice it, if it shows on yours penis or testicles you will go worried sick, right? Before you had the risk behaviour you could have something, even on your penis, and maybe not even notice it, but now you keep looking for something. Plus, AB treatments can unbalance genital flora, by killing most bacteria and cause balanitis, usually by fungus in those cases. Also, that can recur and be hard to go away, although is usually not very serious.
Bottomline, if you had a risk behaviour, go to your doctor and/or get tested. If it comes negative for everything, it is negative for everything, period. Also, infections like HIV are much harder to contract then you may think, go check statistics of transmission. Bacterial infections have usually very evident symptoms in men, like purulent discharge, that will constantly stain underware, evident smell (balanitis can also do that), other STDs have also very clear signs, plus you tested negative. Unless you experience evident and persistent pain, scarring or wounds, stop thinking about it, stop looking for symptoms, forget that red spot that has you worried sick, forget that different texture and don't overvalue things. Live your life and try not to worry or think about it. If you want further information, or look into similar cases, check for chronic prostatitis forums or something like that, all the symptoms are there, a bit different each case.
Hope this helps to ease your mind 😃

Hello Nelson,
Thanks for the reply. It has actually helped me a lot. The burning after urination and sticky penis glans are still there but I'm living with it. I actually saw a great dermatologist at the same time when I first posted this and he actually listened to me. He (and your self) convinced me that I can't be the only unlucky person in this world to have this undetectable STD. I have actually avoided coming on this forum in the thought I would laps and think I have an STD again then start researching my problem, but I'm not going to. After seeing some of the best doctors in 3 parts of the world (Singapore, Dubai & US) I'm convinced that my physical symptoms came along due to stress and anxiety rather then a prostitute preforming oral sex on me for 5 seconds. Hopefully other guys that are going through the same problem find this helpful.

Hi Josh, Ive been suffering for the exact same thing for almost a year now. Ive been tested for everything you can imagine and all it's negative. I will include pictures of my case. The only improvement that had helped me has been the use of aloe vera in gel. This only helps to minimize the irritation but the pain and the sore skin continues...
Have u also tried the A&D Ointment cream?
Have u find some solution at )this point?
thanks!

Hi guys, i'm 27 years old, i think i have the same problem on the head of my penis, like the skin is dry and cracked and so many white dots on the head, i feel like i have it for as long as i can remember, i've never worried about it since there's no pain or itching, but now it's quite frustrating, i didn't have sex for almost 5 years, so i think it is maybe from masturbation or bad hygien. i have no idea how to deal with this.
good to see i'm not alone
if you want, we will create a private facebook group and talk about it all of us.
