weird dry penile glans, purple rim PICS INCLUDED

hello so for the past few weeks has been frustrating so i have been experiencing dry swelling in my penile glans & weird purple color around the rim my doctor said he thinks its friction burn but its been there for a couple weeks now almost a month its very dry & can be flaky but doesnt really itch that much and when i get an erection it becomes more swollen & irritated its made me very upset & when i ejaculate it comes out like water not sticky at all & i dont even get pre ejaculation like i used to, & i also have this odd red thing on my foreskin you can see in one of the pictures, im just very upset because i havent had sex with my partner of 3 years since this has happened & i also want to know what is wrong with me has anyone else ever experienced this i dont have a clue to what it could be & i need some help because the doctors are no help & keep telling me its fine but it has been almost a month & im really concerned please tell me if this is normal or not & how i could treat it if i can...

    Could this be an allergic reaction to something you have been using. Latex in condoms?  Nylon or lycra pants? New shower gel/wash?  Have a think.  is your partner suffering at all? Try taking some antihistamines.

    The other possibility is a prostate infection or a blockage which may give you watery ejaculate but I'm sure you would have other symptoms.

      My Partner Is Fine But I Haven’t Had Sex With Her For A Month & Some Change Because I Feel Gross Down There It’s Been Dry For A Month & Some Change Also I’m Just So Confused I Looked At It Today & It Was Really Dry & Irritated More Than Usual I’ve Been Also Spitting Out Blood Occasionally Idk If It Has Something To Do With It

    It looks normal. The corona is supposed to be purple.

    From what you've described you've got Xeroderma on the glans of the penis.

    Try a moisturizer.

    Hey whats up i have the same exact problem! and i havent found anything to cure this its just been there iv had sexual relations with ny gf and everything stays the same, just when i go to rough these spots come out and last a day or 2. doc told me it was balanitis gave me a cream but did nothing. i was wondering if you have found anything to resolve this issue. thanks!

    I have also been suffering from this issue however penis rim slightly more inflamed. Any help would be appreciated (doctors is a last resort)

      i shown to best doctors.. But it looks normal when i showed them...

      when i wash it is noticable...

      and its sweeling is slightly increased now..

      hello,

      when you say you left it dry for a month, did you leave your foreskin peeled back for a month? could this have caused a blood pressure build up in the corona of your oenis and caused it to swell up?

    same here. i know this thread is old but us guys still got the problem. purple ish around the edges and when erect it gets worse. still dont know. Neither do doctors. They say its balantis but the cream never did s**t. Stay strong kings
