weird shadow / lines in vison

for the past 2 months + I have been experiencing very distressing vison symptoms and i’m beyond bored and sick of them now.  I can’t even concentrate on my life because I always feel the need to keep testing it so see if it’s still there it’s really taking over my life and any help would be really appreciated at the moment.  The main one is a line in my vison that I have in the inner left corner of my right eye next to my nose.  It IS NOT a floater !  it doenst float, it just moves with my head it’s almost like there’s a line sitting on top of my eye that’s what it looks like.  so if i look at blank wall and move my head in circles while keeping my eyes focused on the wall, the line moves with my vison !  (there’s also a line in my left eye that isn’t as pronounced.  The line in my right eye becomes more obvious and a lot darker if I pull the skin on my cheekbone down ie my lower eyelid.  the line appears as a grey shadow when i look up to the ceiling and roll my eyes anti clockwis.  or when i stand next to a wall so the wall is to the left of me and then move my eyes from right to left i see it on the wall in my right eye.  does anybody know what this could be??  it’s a lot worse when i’m crying (and i’m crying a lot due to the stress of it)  .  I have seen several opticians and have been sent to eye doctors and ophthalmologists and had countless tests and scans of my eyes and everything was normal !! i’m completely at a loss for what to do can anybody tell me what this might be ?

thank u so much , alex.

It may be the start of a posterior Vitreous detachment... I have this just in a different area.

I am 17 but I am short sighted , do pvds show up on eye tests ?  or do u think the ophthalmologists just didn’t tell me because they knew I had health anxiety ?  What are your symptoms like ?

Mine did not show up on normal tests but after 4 different retinal specialist visits one of the doctors did a b scan ultrasound and found that I had the start of PVD. I think that it may not be picked up on routine tests until it is almost completely detached ((the Vitreous)).Im not shortsighted but I started with blinking dots, flashes of light, lines going across my vision, floaters which I hadn't had before clear and dark grey ones, blurry vision, and now it seems that I have a film over my eyes.

hi did you ever find out what the lines in your vision was?

I started noticing a lines when I look to the left and move my head up and down or if I open my eyes real wide and look to the left . I'm a frequent visitor at the eye doctor for other eye symptoms but it always comes out fine
