Weird Tingling sensation in my Vagina

Posted , 96 users are following.

This started 2-3 days ago, I've been feeling weird tingling sensation in my vagina after I pee. I doesn't burn nor do I have pain it just after I feel I have a weird sensation. I been having an urge to pee and pressure on my bladder.  It feels like an orgasm but then again I don't know. I seriously need help!! I've been looking it up and the most recent study I've been seeing is UTI or yeast infection

Hi, I found this thread recently and I'm really glad that I did, I have also been experiencing tingling in my vagina and a constant urge to pee, and I'm very afraid it might be PGAD. I'm 17 years old and the sensations have been driving me crazy, and along with the symptoms in this thread I've also had heaviness/buzzing/tingles in my legs. Im not sure if what I have is constant arousal, it might be I really dont know. Very confused, anybody know what could be wrong??

Edit: I find if I touch myself/masterbate then the feeling is slightly relieved, but its been days since my first orgasm and the tingling and urge to pee has not subsided. Please help, very frightened.

Edit: Had an x-ray and MRI and found out that there was pressure on my pudental nerve, bladder, and bodily nerves due to constipation. Happy to report that as I'm taking laxatives and relieving myself more every day, my symptoms are dissipating.

I had this for 5 weeks...I've only ever had one UTI before which went away after a few days so I thought this one would be the same. I came to this page as I was worried when the feeling wasn't going away and kept thinking I'll just give it a few more days...that turned into 5 weeks and now I feel stupid for leaving it so long. This week I cracked and got sick of having to run to the toilet and have it disturbing my sleep so I called the Doctor. They prescribed me antibiotics without doing a sample (probably due to the coronavirus) and they are working! I haven't had that weird tingly feeling, haven't felt like I have to run to the toilet and I slept straight through last night. I thought I would just post on here to urge you to speak to your Doctor if you feel the same and don't leave it as long as I did x

Following this post as I sadly have been experiencing tingling in my labia and its not anything sexual as I get it in supermarket queue, watching tv ect 😦 I thought it was a nerves thing but have read about pelvic muscles, MS and Diabeties but also terrified of this RGS and PGAD. Theres not much info on the net.

I've recently been feeling a burning in my vulva and sometimes sore clit but the tingles been happening a while 😦 so worried. Thanks

    Hi all,

I have been suffering from the same symptoms that a lot of you have described (a frequent need to pee/ the feeling of the G spot causing pressure on the bladder well thats what it feels like anyway) I mostly notice it at night/ the urge feels greater and I assume that's because that's when I'm relaxed and not focused on anything else/ not distracted. It's really ruining my sleep quality and I'm just tired of the G spot stimulation feeling its very annoying because that urge to pee is just there and I feel like I need to have something inside my literal vagina to get rid of the pressure (like say a dick lol). I can rule it out as a symptom of BV as I did an at home test (tested for BV) and am on my last two days of a seven day course of antibiotics for BV. So now I'm here wondering if its cystitis/ UTI or something because the at home test for BV that I used checks the PH of the vulva and so thrush is ruled as being unlikely especially because the pressure coincided with the beginning of the BV honestly I'm just at my wits end. If anyone has any clue please lmk

      Hi!

I was prescribed this as well, a long time ago. I was wondering if it has been working for you? I'm 4 months pregnant so can't take this medication and that sensation has come up again. I was just curious if you'd had sucess with the medication?

HI Everyone, i have also just experinced this for the very first time today! i tried to explain it to my husband he said UTI OR CYSTITIS? so luckily i had a treatment box in the cabinet, it was a cranberry powder to mix in water 4 times a day. I Have taken that, but im sure its not that! as there is no discomfort while passing urine, its immediatly as soon as the pee stops! its like BANG! tingling, electic shock feeling mixed in with a bit of Orgasm! how on earth do you explain that to the doctor in the morning??!

    Dear auburn23716,

I started having the same issue few months ago along with BV, Strep B, at some point UTI etc.. it seemed a nightmare for me, it was an endless story.. I was curing one thing and had another one. I was under antibiotic like Zinnat, Curam, Itraconazole 200mg, canesten for thrush etc. so I always associated that sensation to this.

Now that I sorted everything out, I still have the feeling on my bladder and my urologist recommended to do a CT scan or cystoscopy to find out if I have interstitial cystitis.

I am trying to find out if I can do anything else before I get to do the scan, I still have some hope I can cure it somehow.. because if then I find out I have a cyst, what would that lead me to?

I have so many questions and I changed 3 gynecologists already.

I hope somebody here has some good experience to share with us.

    Thank you so much!

i have just found this forum and felt i had to comment. ive been having all the described symptoms for 2 months now. i was treated for a UTI but i knew it wasnt one. im very prone to these and the symptoms were diff, no burning, chills etc. just the tingling in the urethra area and a bit of pelvic pain. constant urge to pee but once id finished, still felt i was bursting with pressure and an uncomfortable heavyness with the tingling. I made an appointment to have a sexual health check, they found i had bacterial vaginosis. got antibiotics for that which i finished yesterday. Although somewhat improved, the tingling is still there to a degree and still feel slightly uncomfortable after peeing. i plan to see if it clears up in the next week or so otherwise im going back to GP. For ladies that get Utis though, strongly recommend taking Mannose pills. These are life savers. Havent worked for me on this occasion but theres no uti so these symptoms are caused by something else.
