This started 2-3 days ago, I've been feeling weird tingling sensation in my vagina after I pee. I doesn't burn nor do I have pain it just after I feel I have a weird sensation. I been having an urge to pee and pressure on my bladder.  It feels like an orgasm but then again I don't know. I seriously need help!! I've been looking it up and the most recent study I've been seeing is UTI or yeast infection

so I'm on my 3rd day of my new antibiotics and I still have the same sensation. its eased but still there just feels like it have alot of pressure where clitoris is and where the wee hole is. I cannot cope anymore literally! its driving me crazy. making me miserable. do you think it could be thrush then? I took a furzoline tablet the other day but still no luck. would I have to take more tablets ? it's not like I cant go dr to have it checked or looked at. it's a night when it's the worst.

It sounds so similar to what i have/had. Years ago my dr thought perhaps it could be a problem with the nerves (firing when they shouldn't) so prescribed me something called Deptran which is supposed to stop the nerves firing (or something like that). I found this worked. But Deptran is an old medication and they are not going to make it anymore so I have been given Amitriptyline which I think works. I have no idea if it is a solution, kind of fees like a bandaid. I understand what you mean though. It drives you crazy and you can't easy explain it to anyone

i forbot to mention mine is worse at night but if i use a thrush cream quite far in it eases the pain alot on a night then i reapply in the day! i had to take 4 lots of thrush tablets before i had any relief you can buy tests to check for thrush online id take two tablets a week apart and then do a thrush test!

i was put on amitrypryline but it didnt work for me as mine was an internal thrush infection but alot of things down there are linked like thrush causes UTI's and if left untreated can cause damaged nerves which are known to give these symptoms aswell! thats when amitryptyline is usually prescribed when everything has been ruled out 😃

How are you fay? I'm a lot better but I wouldn't say I was back to normal. I still have a tingling sensation but it's a lot more bearable than last week. I haven't spoke to doctor since getting the three days antibiotics. I've started on the d mannose today and I have a thrush medication to take so hoping that will shift whatever's left down there. Not waking up through night which is a relief. Did you ring the doctor again? hope you're feeling better.x

hey! I had relief for a couple of weeks and it came back again, but it's sort of gone again now.. it's no where near as bad as it was ! thanks so much for asking. I just better as it's not all time / really bad anymore so I hope it stays like that (fingers crossed). yes i did speak to them again and they gave me a second lot of antibiotics. plus I also took 2 thrush tablets to see if that made any difference and it really did. right now I do not have that tingle sensation, but I do feel as though I have thrush!! can never win. but I do feel more comfortable. thanks for asking. I am glad your feeling abit better ! x

Hi! I am going through the same thing and I also had relief for a week and a half but again the urge to pee and tenseness came back. Did you issue end up resolving?

Hello all, I hope you are all feeling as best as you can make yourselves feel. I too am going through the same thing and have only found results from PGAD. I read all of your comments yesterday and decided to go to the doctors today. A little bit of my background:

    I am 25 years old

    I have 2 kids (5 &1) vaginal births

I am not on birth control me and hubby do natural family planning.

I have been breastfeeding since August 2018 till now.

Dont take any drugs, medications or smoke.

So my symptoms started about 4 days ago with only what i can describe as "vaginal spams" along with my clitoris feeling stimulated. I felt that feeling about 5 times tops during the first 3 days. Yesterday and today however, the feeling has been non stop. I feel like my vagina (G spot) needs to be stimulated so i can get release, I also have the same feeling going through my urethra and clit. I feel a constant need to urinate as well as a lot of pelvic pressure from where my urethra is through my behind. The only way i can feel relief is by masturbating or having sex with my husband. I am to start my period in the next 4 days but i am now (today) feeling the usual pre period symptoms along with mild pain on left side of torso. Anyways, I decided go to my OB gyn to seek answers with no luck. I tested negative for pregnancy or a UTI, did not have a yeast infection either. He did a papsmear in which he didnt see anything wrong. So now im going to wait a couple days for a swab he took of my vagina along with a second test of my urine. He said it may be a kidney stone that is lingering around but im not sure what to think of it and am just going to drink plenty of fluids. It is definitely not painful but not pleasant either as in my mind I always feel I need to orgasm in order for it to hopefully go away. I also havent been able to get good nights sleep. I will update when i hear back from the doctor! Let me know if you have any questions!

      Hi there,

Thanks for sharing all of this. Did you find any solutions here?

Does anyone feel that their sex drive has been affected by this or genitals are numb?

    Hi,

I'm not sure if my issue is the same as anyone else here because the tingling sensation lasts only for like a few seconds and keeps coming and going throughout the day, often when my bladder is empty. I've found that it's not there when my bladder is full. I've been on two courses of UTI antibiotics and when the UTI symptoms (bloodly urine, burning etc) went away, I started having this weird, sharp tingly sensation near my clit, but I'm not sure if it's in my bladder region or my vagina though. I've had tests for STDs and thrush and they all came back negative and my GP doesn't know what I ihave I've not been sexually active in a while either and this feeling has been going on for a week now and it's really annoying. I've never orgasmed via penetration and I can only masturbate by squeezing my thighs together but I don't think this feels like an orgasm at all, it feels sharper and pricklier than that. Is anyone having the same symptoms? I wonder if you all could help me because I'm really worried with this happening at this time as visiting doctors and clinics is not the best option due to corona.

    Thanks!

have you been tested for BV? bevause I've heard it could be that?? have you tried taking thrush treatment? it took 2 times for mine to go slightly I 100% think it's either UTI THRUSH OR BV
