As positive as I can be, now I'm slightly peeved at the fact that again my op was moved
Second hip, and again not going to happen on the planned date. Now I'm planned for Monday the 7th, be there at 7.00 AM....
so, instead of two days of work, it'll be two weeks and a pop around the pharmacy for more paracetamol and ibuprofen in the meantime.
*sigh*

Sounds almost like a mantra; "Deep breaths, between Meds"
Keeping that one

At least this time they had the decency to call me well beforehand instead of letting me sit there waiting in a open-back gown for 7(!) hours..

I'm now already screwed out of a weekend in the Ardennes that was planned a while ago and I won't be able to go, least of all it could be some nice pre-autumnal weather..

I had a similar problem, although not cancelled but a total cock up in the booking office they forgot to put my nme in the list, I compained to the hospital CEO, within an hour of them recieving my email, I was called and booked in for the following monday, so my advice... don't be fobbed off, ask hy it's been cancelled yet again, if you don't get satisfaction, go to the top, you will get a result, all the best to you,
Love,
