Ive scrubbed head to toe with the pink gloop, and Im sat with my high carb drink, willing the clock to move on a little quicker.....9 hours till Im admitted to the Ward.....cant see me sleeping much, im blooming wide awake...rolleyes

Ill try and pop on before the main event tomorrow, but if I dont manage to, I just want to say a huge Thank You to everyone on here who has supported, advised and commented on my journey thus far.

Tomorrow starts a whole brand new chapter, and in a strange way Im looking forward to it. Not the pain, sleeplessness, emotional mess etc, but at the moment every step I take is painful - after tomorrow it will still be painful, but every step I take will be a step closer to regaining my strength and independance.

I wish you all a warm, safe, pain-free night.

Catch you later

Terri xx

I had my TKR 10 months ago, and |Iwish Iwork harder on the bend. I am waiting for my second, and I will definitely work harder. i am in the gym 5 days a week, trying to improve my general fitness before the second operation. So ... even when in pain work at it.  This is my advice to you. Keep well . Lots of love..Grace
