Today's newest symptom is a burning pain deep in the chest.. It comes and goes for about 15 min, 5 seconds at a time.. Gotta love when new symptoms pop up! It happened during two extremely stressful points today. (one when my power went out and scared me half to death, the other when my doctor called lol). Anyways, she said that the echo (and I'm assuming holter) was normal. Now I'm just trying to tell myself that the burning pain isn't going to happen all the time and just watch some YouTube to relax. Its so weird finally having answers. I'm not sure exactly how to take it now. My mind is trying to wrap my head around the past 8 months of thinking I was dying and had a severe heart issue, to all of a sudden within 5 seconds of a phone call figure out theuve officially tested everything and that's it. There's no real issue. So weird to know that anxiety actually can cause this.

Hi!
You've been through a lot recently, honey. It's no wonder you got so anxious. I think you're being very brave about all of this, and recognising that anxiety DOES cause physical symptoms - although you did have some 'genuine' physical symptoms a few weeks ago. i hope you're getting over that. You can PM me any time if you're finding it difficult to cope with the miscarriage.
You're an inspiration to others on the Anxiety Forum, because now you've got results and you are believing them.
Have you tried pepcid for the burning pain?
Keep in touch!

Hi, I've been ok. Yesterday was doing pretty good, woke up this morning with some heartburn.. Then I was looking at rings with my fiance (he wants to upgrade my engagement ring yay!) but anyways, about 20 min after that my heart started racing away. Couldn't stop it, and I tried to keep calm but panicked a little. Its so frustrating that my body seems to be rebelling since I got the results.. I was thinking to myself today "well what if they missed something, could I be having a heart attack?". It calmed down again, and I'm trying to ignore it as much as possible.. That's one thing I don't like on these meds, when I do have a panic attack they go away quicker, but they are more intense.. I'm slowly learning to work through them, so I guess I'm a very slow work in progress, which is fine.. My goal is to be able to take on simple things daily my Christmas.. Once I'm on these meds For a while, (it's only been a week today) will I be able to go a full day or week without any chest pains? I know the results came back normal, and I thank God for that, but the anxiety is playing little tricks on me which is just so irritating.. Everyday I think I'm good, I'm not.

Everything seems positive, do not worry regards your chest pains if your GP knows the cause you can run with that and you will feel that more positive.
Take each day as a new experience and enjoy yourself, try not to worry about your anxiety and look forwards instead of back.
Nice thought a new engagement ring, when the wedding ring, they are generallycheaper than the former lol

Thank you for the advice, very calming. And the wedding ring comes next may, he doesn't know that the one I really like doesn't include the wedding band so that will be an extra expense.. I'm just going to keep that secret on here until next April haha

Seriously, eating chili dogs and fries for breakfast (BREAKFAST) are the cause of your chest pain. Bad indigestion and acid reflux respond well to pepcid.
If you still get reflux and indigestion, sleep on a big pile of pillows. Also, avoid trigger foods and finally, if it persists, your doctor can prescribe tablets which will calm it tight down.
Loooking forward with great pleasure to meeting you all at Bob's luncheon date.

They should seriously have an enormous meeting somewhere for all of us haha. It would be so nice to spend a weekend with everyone in person. Although that may be a bit hard since I know many are in the u.k. and I'm in America haha

Question if anyone knows.. Why do we get a bit short of breath quicker on days that were anxious?? Heart is no longer beating fast but I'm trying to decorate my house and keep having to take breaks in between talking and doing stuff because I feel like I can't catch my break.. Is that from shallow breathing because I'm anxious?

When you are really scared, anxious you do not tend to breathe properly. Might hold their breathe longer or shallow breathe. Thats something very controllable. So you know all the indigestion you have been having can do that too. You should try pepcid for about two weeks and clear it up. I have a very strong suspicion your diet is behind all this. 🤔😊I have to tell you i re read this to see uodate how you are doing. And as bad as this sounds i would like a chilli dog, maybe half of one. I dont think thats what suppose to come out of this but its all im thinking about.

We'll be even better after our luncheon.
Thanks, Bob. you'd better start saving.

Mind the cost of this breathing is going up in price so any one with the disability will need to hold their breath more to save money
