I've had these small white/red pimples around the rim of my penis head. I'm not sure if it's just pimples or warts?

looks like pearly penile papules, not contagious, no side effects. Here is a wiki link on them https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hirsuties_coronae_glandis
if they itch or hurt, go see a doctor

i something like this but when i was sexually active i started having health problems. chest pain, hair thinning, hair loss, dry/oily skin and scalp body hair hair loss, digestion issues. idk what to do any recommendations ?
