What are your recurrences like?

I have Type 2 and since my first outbreak 2.5 months ago, which thankfully only comprised a handful of lesions, a moderate case of urethritis and one swollen/tender lymph node, I have had two possible recurrences, but both times just a single lesion or bump.

Discovered a sore bump in a suspect location while showering yesterday and I didn't even party late or do anything to bring it on, so that sucks. But on the plus side, it seems very mild to the point where I'm not sure!

Are other people's recurrences just a single sore lesion or bump? Or is it simply a pimple?? I have no prodromal signs at all, so no warning, no indication that this is a definite recurrence, and thus no idea if this is really one or not, which is both good and bad!

I am erring on the side of caution regardless and it's obviously better to have it mild than not, but this is not what I was expecting, so I'm interested to know what other people's recurrences are like.

Just an update. Still no meds or anything different and the bump is still just one, no other symptoms, so I suppose this is it, if this is even a recurrence, and I expect the bump or whatever to heal soon. Still only notice it when I wipe.
