I have read emu oil seems popular on here. For LS. what is it? Where can you buy it? Can you get it from doctors. Also where can I buy coconut oil.  Is it the same one you can cook with.

I started off using emu oil, which is fabulous but has to be kept in the fridge, so awkward when travelling.  I now use coconut oil, which is brilliant.  Been up in the French mountains for the last week and filled a smallish container which lasted perfectly.  The LS has been a lot better using coconut oil, so I am sticking with it!!  Good luck and Happy New Year to everyone!! xx

That's interesting Wendy, didn't know emu oil had to be kept in the fridge. Thanks for the tip.

Mine doesn't need to be kept in a fridge Wendy. At least it doesn'r say so on the bottle. As a matter of fact it says if it gets too cold it might solidify in which case they recommend placing it in some warm water to make it fluid again.

It is 100 percent pure Australian emu oil from a free range emu farm and is HACCP certified whatever that is.

Does yours say on the  bottle that you must refridgerate it?
