    Can you: -

    • retake the 1st photo in bright daylight or sunshine
    • what is your age?
    • what is your sexual history?
    • do you have skin issues anywhere else on your body?
    • have you recently applied anything to your penis that it has not been exposed to before: this could be anything form a condom brand you may not have used before (if sexually active obviously) any type of soap, shower gel, hair shampoo, anything you use as a lube for masturbation - and so on?

i an sexually active but was clean on my last STD test, im 19, there isnt any other bumps anywhere, doctor said it was PPP doesnt itch or burn or anything , they are just random, they are more noticable in natural light as they look like they are scar cover or lighter color than normal skin but in other light they look skin colored, after a shower they look like PPP very white and dry but after a while they look like the first picture i posted, doctor told me it wasnt related to any STD or genital warts or herpes but they appeared randomly

Okay so you have taken the appropriate precautions: got tested and have a medical professional opinion.

These are quite distinct for PPP - papules, spots and glands that are all part of the natural adult penile development process often continue to develop until the age of 25 or 26 YOA or so.

Most often how your penis looks when you are 26 or 28 will be how it will look for the rest of your life.

So, you may have much more development that may happen to your penis
