    100% normal! They look worse when you pull the skin but they are totally normal

      Do fordyce spots appear around anus aswell? Does anyone know? Im guessing they do?

    sebaceous glands... completely normal. I was worried too but my doctor said they vary in size at times but just glands!! nothing to worry about. if you google "sebaceous glands labia" you'll see its super common and not a disease or disorder, just the same way fordyce "spots" granules are normal but those are more common on men but can be found on women and men, but these are sebaceous glands.

    i have the same thing but do you have one side with more than the other because i have one side with way more than the other side just wanna know if its normal or if someone else has it like that

    im so glad i found this post i have the same thing on the middle parts and sides of my vagina stupid doctor gave me a heartattack and told me it could of been genital warts
