the cause of that is shaving. i also had that since i shaved mine just don't pop it cause it will get worse and stop shaving

from what i can tell, it looks like you recently shaved, looks like razor bumps, if you dont NEED to shave, i would suggest shaving downwards in the way the hair grows, i also recommend using a razor w 5 blades!
