What is this bump? Is it Genital warts or just a pimple?

Last month, I was sexually assaulted and I did tests and everything came back negative. Everything was okay down there till a few days ago. I had this occassional itch and I never thought much of it because I figured it was just pubic hair or something. I checked today and took some pictures and saw a wart looking thing.

Does anyone know what this could be? I haven't had sex since what happened so I'm not at risk of any STD's

      Hey. It's okay I'm doing better than I was.

      although are warts caused by any other thing except HPV?

      no, warts are generally caused by hpv the non cancerous type.
