What is this “cord” like thing?

imageI have this cord like thing on my penis. While soft I don't even notice it, but when I am

hard it hurts like hell, to the point where I cant stay hard. its been there for about a week now. No clue what to do, can it be a STI?

    Could be a vein that gets swelled up during erection.

    You should consult a urologist.

      That is the plan, but until than I don't know what to do. Been overthinking it.
