What is this RATCHETING SOUND and feeling in my hip?

After an easy relaxed weekend I awoke and walked my dog like every morning and took my daughter to school.  My hip feels different, with a weird vibrating, like a guitar being strummed when I move my leg in any direction and it's coming from my hip.  I can hear it outside as well.  That's just freakin great.  I'm 4 weeks out of revision and have been coming along just fine.  OMG what now?!

    I think you are doing a lot for 4 weeks. How old are you? I'm 60 BTW.

    I couldn't do near that at 4 weeks.

      I'm really not doing much.  I only walk my dog twice a day and am home laying down the rest of the time.   I'm not in pain to where I'm taking any meds at all.  I will say that since this is a revision I feel like the sensation is coming from inside of my scar.  It feels like a pocket of hard  tissue in there.  Not a great feeling.   My wound is  on my side of my hip.   It's where they cut me open twice and it's still painful and swollen.  I just hope it's not infected or something weird.

      the only real pain I have is in my knee if I stand too long.

      To be honest I feel like I'm doing less than the first surgery which was four monthst ago.

      Thank you tho, I'll consider slowing a bit.
