Alberto, I don't see anything unusual under your tongue.
If you mean that vertical strip of skin, that is your lingual frenulum, which holds it in place.
Ah, those vessels are also normal 😃

Those are salivary papilla where salvia exits from, coming from the submandibular and sublingual salivary glands. If they feel hard or tender to touch, seek further dental advice. But in general, it appears healthy and normal.
