Photos not really clear enough to comment on. How long has the cyst been present?

The cyst is the big white bump! It's been here for like 3 months, ever since i squeezed/drained a smaller bump that used to be there prior. I kept getting bigger after but for around a month it has remained this size.

So I am going what you are describing ONLY - so if you drained what was there originally and it has formed what you have now it could well be there is an infection present.
Given the area you have this that is what it most likely is. So, I cannot comment on the bumps and scars you mention but I would treat what you are calling the cyst with LIQUID antiseptic for up to 5 or 6 days.
Take a dab of the undiluted liquid on a fingertip and apply it directly 4 or 5 times a day - if it is an infection that is causing this it should begin to heal in 3 or 4 days. If this occurs use the liquid at least twice a day until it is completely healed.
It could possibly be an ingrown hair which could be causing re-occurring infections - but try the liquid and see what happens ...

i used the liquid antiseptic(dettol). it burned and stinged for a while and then nothing for like 3 hours. i went to bed and woke up the next morning and the skin around it looked darker and the bump was the same. i waited for a while and then applied it again 4 times that day. same thing yesterday. and now today it hurts and the skin around it is crusty and red. i think it may have burned my skin. ugh i knew i shouldnt have done this
