Haha you sound as frustrated as me I'm 5 weeks in, vertical scar the same. It sounds to me as you was as active as I before the op.

We need to be patient we only have one chance to heal properly so let's do that aye, if we don't we could cause all kinds of problems in the future, which could mean more surgery and longer recovery.

im just as frustrated as you are Hun but we can do this xx

12 weeks since mine, also vertical scar. 6 weeks after op the dragging feeling from the scar when I walked any distance got better, now almost forgotten the feeling. Just a bit more patience required... you'll get there.

Fab!!! Are you back to full sports now?!x

i know that dragging and it also "presses" me when having a pee...did you find that?

As much as I ever was.. walked 15 miles over the weekend and now no worries about bursting when I do sit ups, Feels strong, I am grateful to the surgeon as my partner had abdominal surgery last year and now has an incisional hernia- I think it's more common in men, though, and obviously he didn't have a hysterectomy, but has been interesting to compare healing, Strangely, I can feel pulling in my scar when I do pelvic floor exercises- no pain or problems, just a new sensation, I guess similar to what you feel when having a pee! Overall, would swap it any day for the problems before the op.x
