Hi everyone 
I'm three weeks in...(vertical scar)...
can those who are further in please say when they started back running/spinning/whatever...
right how I couldn't even consider contemplating what a crunch would be like...
frustrated of Hinckley!!!!!

Did you have any "spotting" throughout? i seem to be fine laying down...the minute i sit for any length of time it starts again...i cant work out if it would be coming anyway so better to stand/sit OR if i'm aggravating something so making it happen...
