When did you walk without s walker after TKR?

3 weeks post TKR today. Suspect I will need my walker for a while. When did you walk independently or graduate to crutches/cane?

    Hate walkers.  Probably should have used it longer but I'm good on a cane so that was my aid of choice pretty quickly.  Tossed that within 6 weeks.  Gotta have to learn to walk all over again so I pushed it a bit.  Successful in my case but not recommended if you're not stable on your feet.

      I keep my cane in my car. I like having the option and I think the cane lets folks know I have something going on and might be moving slow, so they are more considerate.

    Hi

    Never had a walker even in Hospital only had two metal sticks ( short not crutches )

    Used two for 2 weeks then just one)

    Good healing
