I had a Laparoscopy hysterectomy on 7th March. They found endometriosis and ended up taking my ovaries out too and had to remove some from my bowel. I was allowed home two days later. My biggest issue has be

I feel your pain. I had my total hysterectomy 9th march. I am such an active person and this taking it easy is driving me mad. I've been told to do pelvic floor exercises 3 times a day but I'm finding it hard ??. When I got told I needed a hysterectomy my gyne never went into much detail of what happens to us as we go on through life. I'm actually shocked of my findings and just hope it doesn't happen. Biggest shock is swell belly for 1yr plus 😒

I am at the doctors on Thursday so will ask about the pelvic exercises I advent tried them yet
Try not to look at too much as this as I now a lot of people who have found it's been the best thing they've ever done x
